What isn't included
Domain and hosting charges, paid third-party services, ongoing maintenance, advanced booking, payment processing, customer dashboards, invoicing, and tax tracking are not included.
This is a simple business website. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, or revenue.
Your website, your accounts
You own your website, domain, and hosting account. You pay domain and hosting providers directly; those costs are separate from the $399 build fee. No recurring payment to InSite Of is required.
Future updates and support are optional and quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance is not included.

Before accepting your project, we confirm scope, deliverables, the one-round revision policy, ownership and handoff, timeline, and any third-party charges in writing. If your needs go beyond this scope, we discuss options before you commit.
