Information you provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, type of business, optional website address, selected goals, and message or inquiry information. You may also provide information when contacting us by phone or email.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide the website or business-service information you request, and communicate with you about your request. The website sends an internal inquiry notification and an acknowledgment email.

Service providers and sharing

InSite Of does not sell your information. Relevant service providers process information as needed to operate the website and our communications:

• Vercel hosts the website and runs its contact endpoint.
• Resend delivers website-generated inquiry notifications and acknowledgment emails.
• Microsoft 365/business email is used to receive and handle business communications.
• Google Analytics 4 is used for site analytics.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts currently loaded from Google’s servers.

These providers have their own practices and account settings governing their processing of information.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and conversions, including review-link clicks, pricing-link clicks, and successfully submitted inquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to recognize browsers and measure activity. This information can relate to a browser or device and should not be treated as anonymous.

Our custom analytics events, including founding offer clicks and successful inquiries, do not include any user-entered form values, contact details, or business details. Google Analytics can also process technical and usage information, such as pages visited and browser or device information.

Local Visibility Checkup

When browser storage is available, the checkup stores its version, selected business type, question position, and answers locally in your browser's localStorage so you can resume. It does not collect contact information or send your assessment data — including business type, answers, scores, bands, category scores, or recommendations — to us or to Google Analytics. Start over removes saved checkup progress when browser storage allows it.

When you intentionally start or resume a checkup, first complete it, or click its results help link, we send fixed start, completion, or help-click events to Google Analytics without assessment data. Reopening completed results does not send another completion event. The site's existing analytics and external fonts still load as described in this notice.

Technical information

Hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, device and browser information, and request metadata, as part of operating and securing their services. Loading external Google Fonts also involves requests to Google’s servers.

Retention

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to handle inquiries and maintain business records. Provider and account settings may have their own retention behavior.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose what information to share and contact us directly by phone or email instead of using the form. Browser settings can limit or clear cookies; those settings may affect how websites work.
